London in Autumn is a much quieter place than summer tourist season. It is also the time when the city is at its prettiest.
London Eye, from the other side
It was an October day when we joined Andy and Rachel under the rows of lush trees on the Victoria Embankment. The dark green canopies decorated by the mild golden sun of late summer was a heavenly scene; not to mention that it overlooks the London Eye on the opposite shore. Despite that, it appears to be an uncommon place to appreciate the famous ferris wheel – so much so that no one around seems to be taking notice and dashed on in their bikes! All that made a fantastic picture for Andy and Rachel however.
We finish the day by a visit to West London in Richmond where some leaves have become golden, giving us a fantastic cocktail of colours.
All in all a beautiful day with some simply elegant pictures.
